DELIVERY AND PICKUP

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer delivery to Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and Seattle for a fee with a qualifying order minimum. Some exclusions may apply. This does not apply to weddings and/or large events.

 

​If for any reason we are not able to make the delivery to the desired location due to an incorrect address, secured building, closed business, inclement weather or hazardous conditions, the item(s) will be brought back to the bakery and must be picked up with 2 business days or a re-delivery fee will be charged.

PICK UP POLICY

All cake orders must be picked up by the client or a designated representative. If the client sends a representative to pick up their cake, the representative assumes responsibility to ensure the cake is correct as ordered.

 

Please be on time to collect your order. You have a 15-minute window to pick up your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will remain at the pick up location outside your collection window. Therefore, a fee of $30 will be applied every fifteen minutes beyond your collection window.  Late fees must be paid to collect your order.  A 10% late fee applies for pickup of next business day pick up orders. Please take the time to take your cake order, my time and other client’s orders into consideration.​ If you are early, you must wait until the agreed-upon time to collect your order.

Due to the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, cakes not claimed within 72 hours of the original pick up date will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
